Role Overview: At Stepinway, we are looking for a manager with strong strategic thinking and operational capabilities to enhance processes, optimize systems, and accelerate the brand's growth and development path. Someone who can lead the team with an executive approach and effective leadership skills, establishing organizational standards at a higher level. Key Responsibilities: - Design and implement operational processes across all residential service areas - Lead operational teams, customer service, and support - Monitor daily performance, set KPIs, and report to the board of founders - Optimize customer experience through CRM and digital systems - Manage and develop the supplier and contractor network - Collaborate with finance and marketing units for revenue growth and profitability - Design new service models and market development - Oversee quality control and customer satisfaction systems Qualifications: - Minimum of 5 years of managerial experience in service, platform, or construction companies - Familiarity with operations management, human resources, and service processes - Skills in quick decision-making, organization, and prioritization - Full proficiency in English (written and spoken) - Strategic mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and results-oriented focus - Familiarity with the urban service ecosystem and lifestyle in Dubai is an advantage Benefits: - Opportunity to lead a growing brand with established infrastructure - Dynamic, agile, and learning environment - Direct collaboration with the founding team and participation in building the next phase of the brand   Please send your resume to the email below [email protected]
