Executive Director of Stepinway

Role Overview: At Stepinway, we are looking for a manager with strong strategic thinking and operational capabilities to enhance processes, optimize systems, and accelerate the brand's growth and development path. Someone who can lead the team with an executive approach and effective leadership skills, establishing organizational standards at a higher level.
