Welcome to Stepinway. By accessing or using the Stepinway website (stepinway.com), mobile application, or any related services (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please discontinue use immediately.

1. Definitions

"Platform" refers to the Stepinway website, mobile application (iOS & Android), and all associated services.
"User" refers to any individual who accesses or uses the Platform, whether as a visitor, registered user, or business owner.
"Business Owner" refers to any individual or entity that registers a business listing on the Platform.
"Content" includes text, images, data, reviews, articles, and any other material published on the Platform.
"StepCoin" refers to the loyalty points/rewards system within the Platform.

2. Account Registration

To access certain features (such as saving businesses, leaving reviews, or registering a business), you must create an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities under your account.

3. Use of the Platform

You agree to use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You shall not:

Use the Platform for any fraudulent, misleading, or illegal purpose.
Upload false, offensive, or infringing content.
Attempt to hack, disrupt, or compromise the security of the Platform.
Scrape, copy, or redistribute content from the Platform without written consent.
Impersonate any person or entity.

4. Business Listings

Business Owners who register on Stepinway are responsible for the accuracy and legality of their business information. Stepinway reserves the right to review, modify, or remove any business listing that violates these Terms, contains misleading information, or is reported by users. Listing approval is at Stepinway's sole discretion.

5. StepCoin Rewards

StepCoins are a non-monetary, non-transferable loyalty point system. They can only be earned and redeemed within the Platform as specified. Stepinway reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the StepCoin program at any time. StepCoins have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for money.

6. Intellectual Property

All content on the Platform, including logos, trademarks, text, graphics, and software, is the property of STEP IN WAY MARKETING RESEARCH CO. L.L.C or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any content without prior written permission.

7. User-Generated Content

By submitting reviews, comments, or other content, you grant Stepinway a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, display, and distribute such content on the Platform. You represent that you own or have the right to submit such content and that it does not violate any third-party rights.

8. Limitation of Liability

Stepinway provides the Platform on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis. We do not guarantee the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any business listing or content. Stepinway shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform.

9. Privacy

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information.

10. Termination

Stepinway reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these Terms or is harmful to the Platform, other users, or third parties.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Dubai, UAE.

12. Changes to Terms

Stepinway may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes. Continued use of the Platform after changes constitute acceptance of the revised Terms.
