Age Restriction:
Entry is permitted only with a valid ticket for individuals aged 5 and above.
Children under 5 are not allowed in the main opera hall.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult.
Dress Code:
Dubai Opera symbolizes elegance and classic style; please avoid overly casual or inappropriate attire (such as shorts or flip-flops).
Failure to comply with the dress code may result in denied entry.
Late Arrival:
Entry after the performance has started is prohibited. Entry will only be allowed during an intermission if available.
Tickets are non-refundable in case of late arrival and denied entry.

Tickets must be presented upon entry; any alteration, cutting, or defacement of the ticket will render it invalid.
Selling or commercially using tickets without written permission from Dubai Opera is prohibited.
Tickets are only valid for the specified date, time, and event.
Refunds or exchanges due to personal circumstances are not possible; refunds may only be issued at the discretion of the opera in case of cancellation or official date change of the event.
Lost or damaged tickets can only be replaced upon verification of authenticity and proof of purchase.
Dubai Opera reserves the right to change the program, prices, venue capacity, or artists without prior notice.

The use of mobile phones, cameras, or recording devices in the venue is prohibited (except for specific events).
Bringing food or drinks from outside is not allowed.
Eating and drinking in the venue — before, during, and between performances — is prohibited.
Dubai Opera may refuse entry to disruptive or unruly individuals.
Entry to the venue is subject to inspection for prohibited items such as weapons, hazardous materials, or recording equipment.
Latecomers may only be seated at appropriate times and may be placed in alternative seats to avoid disrupting the performance.
