OS-1 Studio is a modern boutique studio with the inspiring motto “Train to get younger.” This facility is designed with a focus on the Fitness Age Program to help individuals regain skills such as balance, strength, speed, and flexibility that decline over time, and even reduce their biological age. Classes at this studio are held privately and semi-privately, with a maximum capacity of 8 participants per class; OS-1 is also the only center in the UAE offering classes in Pahlavani (Iranian traditional sport) and hosts a dedicated Pahlavani workshop every month.
