A young chef with five years of experience in professional kitchens. Skilled in preparing various types of pasta and Italian sauces, pizza, burgers, and sandwiches, and knowledgeable in grilling and oven-cooking steaks. I have been responsible for the hotline and breakfast sections and have led the kitchen team. I have designed menus and launched my own restaurant (Lavasta). I have also won a pasta cooking competition. I am new to the international environment and would like to start at an entry level; I learn quickly and will contribute to the team with my skills. Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards is a priority for me.
